La Liga outfit Espanyol have this weekend reached an agreement to land their 9th signing of what has been a thoroughly productive summer to date.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who point towards Ramon Terrats as the player all set to take his talents to the RCDE Stadium.
Midfielder Terrats is for his part fresh off an impressive loan stint away from parent club Villarreal.
After penning terms with fellow La Liga outfit Getafe during the January transfer window, the 24-year-old quickly established himself as a key performer, notching four goals and an assist across 15 league appearances.
And such exploits, evidently, did not go unnoticed on the part of those behind the scenes at Espanyol.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of MD that:
‘The childhood dream of Ramon Terrats, a native of Barcelona, is about to come true. The Villarreal midfielder will play for RCD Espanyol next season.’
The transfer is expected to come in the form of a loan, featuring an option to buy next summer.
