Strasbourg predicted XI v Rayo Vallecano: Emanuel Emegha out, Guéla Doué on the bench

Emanuel Emegha is out of RC Strasbourg Alsace’s UEFA Europa Conference League second leg against Rayo Vallecano. Julio Enciso is expected to lead the line in the captain’s place.

Strasbourg return to the Meinau needing to overturn a one-goal deficit against their Spanish opponents. The return of Valentín Barco in the midfield is a big boost for Gary O’Neil, however, there has been a blow in the form of Emegha, whose muscular injury will see him miss the run-in. A return for a prospective UECL final is a possibility.

For the past fortnight, Guéla Doué has been contending with illness. Whilst he will be in the squad tonight, he is not expected to start for Le Racing. Instead, Abdoul Ouattara is expected to start in the right-back slot.
