Roma are rapidly closing in on a double attacking swoop, with significant breakthroughs made for both Donyell Malen and the highly-rated youngster Robinio Vaz. According to Alfredo Pedullà, the Giallorossi have “accelerated” their efforts in the last few hours to provide Gian Piero Gasperini with fresh reinforcements.
Notably, the capital club has already reached a total agreement with Aston Villa for the transfer of Malen. The Dutch international, who arrived in Birmingham from Dortmund just a year ago, has given his green light to the move as Roma pivots away from more complicated negotiations for Giacomo Raspadori and Joshua Zirkzee.
