Achraf Hakimi (27) will miss the Champions League semi-final second leg between Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, according to reports from RMC Sport.
The Moroccan full-back, who was injured last night following a challenge with Konrad Laimer (28), has suffered a hamstring tear, as revealed by scans carried out today.
Warren Zaïre-Emery (20), who has been called upon on several occasions to replace the 27-year-old since the start of the season, is expected, barring any surprises, to start at right-back at the Allianz Arena next Wednesday.
Already sidelined following the injury he sustained against Bayern Munich during the Champions League group stage, he will once again miss a key fixture this season. A huge blow for Luis Enrique, who had made Hakimi – a starter in 28 of the 31 matches he has played in all competitions since the start of the season (three goals, nine assists) – one of the key players in his PSG side.
