Brighton, Crystal Palace, and West Ham in for Toulouse’s Charlie Cresswell

Toulouse FC defender Charlie Cresswell (23) is being heavily linked with a return to the Premier League. As per a report from Sky Sports, three teams currently in the Premier League are set to reignite their interest in the England youth international this summer.

Cresswell is coming off the back of another accomplished season in France. The centre-back played 32 times in all competitions and was a nominee for Get French Football News’ centre-back of the season award.

He once again helped Le TéFécé to a comfortable mid-table finish. But it could be the former Leeds United defender’s final campaign in the south of France. A departure is anticipated, with Toulouse running a trading model that requires frequent sales.

Cresswell could represent huge profit, given that he joined the club for just €1.5m. Brighton and Hove Albion are interested, as are Crystal Palace and West Ham United. All three have previously shown interest in the 23-year-old.
