Manchester United submit £60 million-plus offer to sign Bryan Mbeumo

Manchester United have reportedly submitted an offer to sign the Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo.

According to Ben Jacobs, it is their second offer to sign the Cameroon international, and it remains to be seen whether Brentford are willing to accept it.

He is one of their best players, and he would be an excellent acquisition for Manchester United. The player has 20 goals to his name in all competitions, and he picked up 9 assists along the way as well. There is no doubt that he would be an upgrade on Manchester United’s current options. He could help them bounce back strongly and push for Champions League qualification next season.

A club of their stature cannot afford to finish in the bottom half of the table, and Manchester United must bring in players who are capable of guiding them back to where they belong.

Mbeumo could fancy Man United move

The 25-year-old will be attracted to joining one of the best clubs in the world as well. He will want to compete at a high level and fight for trophies. While Manchester United have failed to secure Champions League qualification for the next season, they have a formidable project and the resources to buy quality players. They might return to the Champions League soon.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next few weeks. The reported offer is a substantial one, and Manchester United will hope that Brentford agree to sell the player.

The 25-year-old is entering the peak years of his career, and this is the right time for him to move on and try out a new challenge. Joining Manchester United could take him to a whole new level. Playing alongside top-quality players at Old Trafford could help him improve further.

He will certainly hope that the two clubs can finalise an agreement quickly.

Manchester United have secured the signature of Matheus Cunha, and they should look to sign a striker and a right-sided winger now. Mbeumo could be the ideal addition for them on the right flank.
