According to a report from Foot Mercato, Ablie Jallow (26) is expected to leave FC Metz for Swiss side FC Servette. The Gambian international has come to the end of his contract with the Eastern side, having first arrived at the club in 2017 from Génération Foot in Dakar, Senegal.
The French outlet writes that the winger is currently undergoing a medical with the Swiss club, and should no problems arise, he will then sign with the 2024/25 Swiss Super League runners-up.
Jallow will leave Metz having made 102 appearances in which he scored 16 times and assisted nine. The majority of the winger’s appearances for Les Grenats came during their spells in the second tier of French football. However, he did gain some experience, particularly in the 2023/24 season, playing in Ligue 1.
Alongside Ismaël Traoré and Alexandre Oukidja, Jallow did not have his contract extended by Metz as they prepare for a return to Ligue 1.
