Christopher Nkunku offered to Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham

Christopher Nkunku has been made available to clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham, with Chelsea keen on offloading him.

According to a report by The Metro, Chelsea could accelerate efforts to offload Christopher Nkunku after the Joao Pedro deal. The French attacker is out of favour ahead of the new season, as the Blues have made the player available for the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham.

Christopher Nkunku continued to struggle to make an impression on Enzo Maresca after a year of uneven performances. Chelsea have already conceded the prospect of letting him leave in the summer, with a host of top Premier League being offered the chance to sign the Frenchman, who had 20 goals and assists for the Blues in the current campaign.

Chelsea have agreed a deal for Joao Pedro from Brighton, which could see them accelerate efforts to offload Nkunku. The two players are seen as similar, while the Blues have also found a way to convince Borussia Dortmund to sell them, Jamie Gittens, meaning Nkunku’s future at Stamford Bridge is all but over.

A host of teams have been alerted to the possibility of signing Nkunku, with the 20 G/A Chelsea forward being offered to the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham. The Frenchman would also open the doors to rejoin the Bundesliga where Bayern Munich are still interested.

Arsenal are in talks with Eberechi Eze, and while they had expressed some interest in Nkunku back in January, there are doubts whether they will reconsider. Hence, the likelihood of them signing a player who has struggled in the Premier League over two years is remote, although their thinking could change depending on the details of a potential deal.

Manchester United and Tottenham are in the mix

Chelsea had considered an exchange deal with Manchester United involving Alejandro Garnacho and Nkunku. Given the variety of attacking signings the Blues have made this summer, especially with Joa Pedro and Gittens, the likelihood of them reviving an interest in the Argentine seems remote.

Tottenham are interested in Nkunku, particularly if they end up missing out on Eze, as they do need a new presence in the attacking third. The North Londoners could be a real option although any deal would depend on whether the two clubs can do business together as such a prospect has been dead for many years now.
