Italian giants want to sign Trossard this summer

AC Milan are one of the clubs that are keen on signing him. The Italian giants want more quality and depth on the flanks and they feel the 30-year-old could certainly help their cause. With Joao Felix and Riccardo Sottil set to return to their parent clubs and Samuel Chukwueze expected to be sold, Milan could be left with only Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic as their wide options.

The Arsenal winger could be a welcome addition for them. His ability to feature as a number ten as well as up top could come in handy for Milan. While they are closely monitoring his situation, they are not alone in the race for his signature, as Juventus and Napoli also have their eyes set on the Belgian versatile star.

Both clubs would certainly love to have him in their squad. The Old Lady considers him an ideal fit for their system, while the Naples-based club feel his versatility could give their manager multiple tactical options in the final third.

Meanwhile, Arsenal do not want to lose out on him. They are aware that Mikel Arteta values him very highly and are working to renew his contract. While talks regarding a new deal were put on hold during January, those talks are back on track now.

They are pushing for a new deal and the player is requesting a two-year extension with an option for another 12 months. The Gunners continue to make progress and are optimistic about getting it over the line. Meanwhile, all three Italian clubs are closely monitoring his situation and could battle it out for his signature if Arsenal fail to tie him down to a new deal.
