Manchester City ready to sell Jack Grealish for €47 million

Manchester City will reportedly demand around €47 million to sell 29-year-old English international Jack Grealish amid his links with Aston Villa, Everton, and Newcastle United.

According to a report by Spanish outlet Fichajes, Aston Villa, Everton, and Newcastle United are interested in signing Jack Grealish in the summer transfer window. The 29-year-old has become a misfit at Manchester City after tumbling in the pecking order at the Etihad. Meanwhile, the Premier League club will demand around €47 million to part ways with him.

Jack Grealish has seen his stock plummet since joining Manchester City from Aston Villa in a big-money move in August 2021. The Englishman was among the best players in the Premier League during his spell with Aston Villa, serving the West Midlands outfit as the club captain. However, the player has only shown flashes of brilliance at Manchester City.

The 29-year-old managed only 1,521 minutes of game time across 32 appearances in all competitions in the 2024/25 season while chipping in with three goals and five assists. So, it is hardly surprising that Grealish faces an uncertain future at the Etihad, with Manchester City ready to cash in on him. Aston Villa, Everton, and Newcastle United are among the player’s prospective suitors this summer.

Returning to Aston Villa may be ideal for the English international as he targets a return to his national side. Meanwhile, the West Midlands club’s interest in Grealish is understandable, as Marcus Rashford will unlikely complete a permanent move to Villa Park in the summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, Everton’s interest in Jack Grealish makes sense.
