According to a report from Sport Bild, Bayern Munich are ready to entertain offers for Sacha Boey (25), who has made just five Bundesliga starts this season.
Since his arrival from Galatasaray for €30m two years ago, the French defender has failed to establish himself at the club and without mentioning his name, Max Eberl alluded to the player’s potential departure this month.
“With Hiroki (Ito) and Phonzy (Alphonso Davies) back, we have a lot of full-backs with very high quality,” said Eberl. “So things could be difficult for one or another.
“And then it would probably make sense to think about a change.”
Per Sport Bild, Bayern have no intention of allowing Boey to leave, and so it would be a permanent departure for the defender, who has started 12 of his 24 league games.
One club interested in signing Boey is Premier League side Crystal Palace, although there are no concrete discussions between the two clubs.
