Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Tottenham vying for Rayan Cherki

Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Tottenham are all keen on signing Olympique Lyon attacking sensation Rayan Cherki.

According to a report from Fichajes, Rayan Cherki might be living his final months at Olympique Lyon as he looks set for a move to the Premier League amidst interest from Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur.

Cherki has come through the ranks at Lyon and has been part of their first-team setup since early 2020. While his journey has seen its ups and downs, the 21-year-old winger has shown notable consistency in recent seasons.

In the ongoing campaign, he has been involved in a total of 44 matches across competitions and has contributed towards 32 goals (12 goals, 20 assists). While the majority of his appearances have come on the right flank, Cherki is capable enough to feature anywhere in attack.

The 21-year-old is an integral part of their first team setup but his future is up in the air. He is ready to make the jump to a bigger club and Lyon are ready to cash in on him as they look to get through a difficult financial period.
