Liverpool need to fork out €20 million to sign Anis Hadj Moussa

Arne Slot’s Liverpool can acquire the services of Feyenoord attacking sensation Anis Hadj Moussa for €20 million.

According to O Jogo via SportWitness, Anis Hadj Moussa could be heading to the Premier League this summer as Liverpool are keen on signing him. Feyenoord are well aware of the increasing interest in their attacking mainstay and have slapped a price tag of over €20 million.

Moussa joined the Dutch club last summer from Patro Eisden, and he did have an exceptional debut campaign. In his 43 outings for Feyenoord, the 23-year-old winger found the back of the net on 11 occasions, and he even bagged six assists.

The Algerian international’s impressive performances haven’t gone unnoticed, and there are multiple top clubs from across Europe who are keen on his signature. Liverpool are one of the clubs that have been linked with him.

Liverpool are keen on Moussa

The Merseyside club’s manager, Arne Slot, remains well connected to the Dutch club, and he seems to have a lot of information on the player. He is certainly interested in having the Algerian winger in his squad, even though they don’t really need another wide attacker.

Luis Diaz has been linked with a move away from the club. If he does end up leaving, Moussa could come in to take his place in the squad, even though the 23-year-old prefers playing on the opposite flank.

While Mohamed Salah did pen a new deal to extend his stay, he is not getting any younger, and the Feyenoord forward could be his long-term successor.

The Merseyside club are interested in the Algerian but are yet to table an official offer. Meanwhile, Feyenoord are well aware of the growing interest in Moussa and are bracing themselves for bids for the talented winger.

They have already set an asking price of over €20 million. While that valuation could deter some suitors, Liverpool can certainly meet those demands if they decide to step up their pursuit of the youngster.
