Arsenal and Liverpool are also keen on signing the West Ham United attacker in the summer transfer window. However, he will likely move to the Middle East in the coming months.
Meanwhile, the Ghanaian international has a release clause worth £84 million in his contract with West Ham United. However, the East London club may accept a bid of around £65-70 million to part ways with Kudus in the summer transfer window.
Mohammed Kudus has endured a topsy-turvy ride since joining West Ham United from Ajax in August 2023. While the 24-year-old was exceptional in his debut season and scored goals for fun at different junctures, he has blown hot and cold in the 2024/25 campaign thus far.
Kudus has managed only four goals and four assists in 33 appearances across all competitions thus far in the 2024/25 season. However, the African attacker’s spell with West Ham may end in the summer transfer window, with his release clause of £84 million making him an appealing cash cow. Arsenal and Liverpool have been among the prospective suitors vying for his signature heading into the summer transfer window.
Arsenal’s interest in Mohammed Kudus is understandable. The Gunners have been over-dependent on Bukayo Saka in the final third, creating the need for a productive attacker.
