The Scottish prodigy has been chased by several clubs from England, as well as there is reported interest from Celtic in the midfielder.

RC Strasbourg have been a really good entity to help Chelsea in many aspects. They have taken a few players on loan since BlueCo took over both clubs and also helped develop some talents. In the case of Miller, they view the Scottish prodigy as a big talent for the future and might see a move to the French side as a step in the right direction.
Lennon Miller has already shown massive promise for the future, and now he can step up his level with first-team action at Strasbourg. Hence, a future move to Chelsea cannot be ruled out, as that is not outside of the world of possibilities.
However, a final decision will be that of the player as he will take the call on whether to follow the Chelsea and BlueCo project or take up a challenge elsewhere. Meanwhile, the move will come as a blow for Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United.
